At the prior meeting:

The S&A Committee talked over the Budget calendar and Budget priorities

  • The Budget Calendar was approved on Sept. 24th via Consent

  • This new calendar gives us more time to engage with staff over budget questions 

    • You can find the calendar now online on Board Docs or the ACPS website.

  • Discussed incorporating more community engagement opportunities into the Budget 


Next meeting: Thursday, October 15, 5pm in person in the Board meeting room.

S&A will consider:

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in the 2030 Strategic Plan, based on the discussion from the prior Board work session led by Dr. Page

  • SPSF: How we support improvement within the division

  • We will also consider the Board Salaries memo that originated in the Operational Excellence Committee (OEC)
